NOT GETTING OUR TEXT?
Option Fundamentals sends out Entry text almost daily Monday through Friday pre-market, if you are not receiving these text and you are a paid member, there is a problem.
This has only been an issue with a handful of members that had previously opted out of the ENTRY/EXIT system, but we want to make IT a non-existing issue for 100% of our members. We want everyone to experience the full benefits of our service and never miss our alerts.
MUST DO IF NOT GETTING EITHER TEXT ALERTS!!
We need help from anyone not receiving either the ENTRY, EXIT Alerts or BOTH!
ENTRY ALERTS: You must text the word RESUME to 833-249-7883 and 314-200-1281, then text the word UNSTOP to the same two numbers.
EXIT ALERTS: You must text the word RESUME to 833-889-2988 and 508-578-4198, then text the word UNSTOP to the same two number.
If you have been with our service at least 48 Hours and have not received received our entry or exit alerts, please send an email to support@optionfundamentals.com, with your name and email address. We will address the issue and contact you as soon as we resolve.
